Shipping Policy

All of our Maiéway products are shipped to you from Canada via a secure, tracked shipping method. We offer free shipping on orders over $59CAD for Canada, $95USD for USA - no code necessary. Free shipping will be applied at checkout and does not include duties.

Please note that cancellations or modifications to orders are not possible once they have been placed and processed by our warehouse. Maiéway cannot be held responsible for inaccuracies in the address provided by the customer.

Kindly keep in mind that we do not ship to P.O. boxes. Therefore, we ask you to provide a valid residential address. Maiéway does not offer package rerouting, pick-ups, or refunds on items that have been shipped to hotels, warehouses, businesses or other temporary locations.

Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed.* Once the order is shipped, you will receive your tracking link via email. 

*During promotional periods, order processing and shipping times may increase due to the high volume of orders.

Maiéway only ships on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). Orders placed during the weekend will be processed the following business day.

Once the package has left our warehouse, the shipping carrier is responsible for it. We are not liable for packages lost or stolen during transit / upon arrival. If this is the case, we kindly advise you to file a claim via the courier’s website. If they are unable to offer you a solution, please contact care@maieway.com.
